The text of this decree states: “Given your knowledge, commitment, competence, and valuable experience, you are hereby appointed as the “Head of the Deputy for Supervision of Corporate Affairs.”

Arastoo Yari Hesar holds a PhD in regional planning and is a faculty member and full professor at the university. He is known as the youngest full professor of geography and urban and rural planning in the country. He has also held positions in the field of executive management, such as the deputy director of commercial advertising at the Tehran Municipality Beautification Organization, and has a history of managing numerous national projects in the fields of tourism and urban economy.
