Dear and hardworking colleagues at Hegta subsidiaries

International Workers' Day is not just a calendar event; it is an opportunity to realistically and fairly commemorate the valuable position of human beings who, through their relentless, responsible, and unassuming efforts, keep the gears of the economy and social life in motion.
In the tourism industry, workers are not just executive forces, but also the founders of a human and lasting experience that travelers and tourists take with them.
From service colleagues in hotels and tourism and accommodation complexes who provide a welcoming environment with care and comfort, to technical, facility, support and transportation personnel who maintain the infrastructure of travel and accommodation with expertise and responsibility - all of you are truly the beating heart of the Social Security Tourism Holding (HEGTA).
In a situation where dear Iran needs the development of tourism more than ever before as one of the drivers of the national economy, the role of workers in this field, whether in the ranks or in the headquarters, is fundamental and strategic.
In this holding, we do not see human capital solely at the management and expert levels; Rather, we believe that the true value of an organization is formed in the actual workplace, in hotel rooms, at the foot of transportation platforms, in interactions with guests, and in the silent efforts of service and support staff.
Therefore, preserving the dignity, job security, growth opportunities and improving the working conditions of our colleagues is not just a slogan, but part of our continuous and practical commitment.
I proudly congratulate all the honorable, hardworking and effective colleagues in the accommodation, service, transportation, technical and support sectors in all parts of our beloved country on this day and I hope that the appreciation for your efforts, beyond messages and words, will be manifested in real decision-making and support.
With respect and gratitude
Alireza Tabesh
CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board
